House Update

The builders were busy while we were gone....things are coming along.

A Week of Firsts

Olin has a long lists of firsts from the liast week. Some obvious, some not. Some I will post picture proof of while others you'll have to take my word for it. Here you go, based on our still somewhat sleepy memory:

First TransAtlantic Flight
First Carousel Ride
First Gelato
First STEPS (4 one day, 3 the next)
First Bike Tour
First Fireworks show (he slept through July 4)
First Time in a Building over 800 years old
First Time getting stranded far away from our location

Heck of a week. And I probably forgot a few.

New Home

Here's a pic of our future home....once we add a little paint and landscaping it will look much more 'homely'. Paint works wonders. Maybe a water feature....accent lights....

It's official

We are no longer home owners. We closed today. So that said I can also state that I won't have any pics up for 2-3 weeks because I'll be out of town for work and another vacation - Olin's first trip to Europe! He is looking forward to it although he told me, in confidence, that he is somewhat worried in getting accurate Euro-Dollar conversion rates.

The Naked Gardner

Nothing calms the nerves...soothes the senses....insites the imagination....like a little naked gardening!

A nice little Saturday. Very nice.

So Olin & Daddy spent the entire day together. We started off going to a flag football game, then when went to the Easter Egg hunt (those pics are on a different camera-I'll post later) then it was off to Uncle Chitwood's.
